Issues of Linguistics (2026, N. 19):

Journal Style Sheet:

  • File Format: Manuscripts  (volume: from 7 to  20 pages) must be submitted online in both Word and PDF formats at: linguistics1999@tsu.ge
  • Page Settings: Size – B5 (17.6X25cm)
  • Margins: Top and bottom – 2 cm; Left and right – 1.5 cm

Title and Author Information

  • Title: The title should not exceed 10 words
  • Title Fonts: Font size 11; use  Times New Roman for English, with a 1.15 (Multiple) line spacing
  • Author Details: Full names of author(s) must be provided in English
  • Affiliation: Include workplace and email address (Font size 11)

Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract Text: texts in English  (300-400 words) formatted as a single paragraph;
  • Keywords: Include 3 to 5 keywords
  • Abstract Formatting: Use Times New Roman, size 10, with a 1.15 (Multiple) line spacing (the abstract must not contain any diagrams or tables)

Text Structure and Style

  • Sections: The text should include an Introduction, Material and Method, Descriptive section, Results/Discussion, and Conclusion
  • Funding and acknowledgement: Sources of funding should be placed in a footnote on the first page; acknowledgments should be listed at the end of the text
  • References: A list of literature and sources must be included
  • Body Text Formatting: Font size 11 with 1.15 (Multiple) spacing
  • Indentation: Paragraphs should have a 1 cm indent
  • Footnotes: Footnote markers should be placed after punctuation marks
  • Quotation Marks: Use upper quotes “...” for English text
