Abstract

Sustainable development is a process that includes ecological, economic and social aspects of tourism development, and all three aspects are needed to achieve long-term sustainability. Balancing of forces.


For the sustainable development of tourism and the geographical environment, the main focus should be on ecological and cognitive (educational, scientific, recreational, hiking, etc.) tourism, which is natural or historical. It will become a prerequisite for the preservation of the values. It is known that tourism developed in a natural way is one of the causes of the degradation of the natural environment.


Ecotourism is the most fully consistent with the concept of sustainable development. The importance of ecotourism in the state is considered as a tool for the sustainable development of territories. Also, the capacity of ecotourists to visit the territories is presented. By calculating the recreational possibilities of the territory, it becomes possible to calculate the number of visitors that is safe for the protected territories. The development of recreational facilities of tourist facilities allows to manage the use of resources and to determine the needs of the infrastructural development of the system. Indicators of recreational opportunities also reflect the quantitatively expressed ability of the object to provide psycho-physiological comfort of a person.
