Abstract

The natural-ecological conditions of our country, the abundance of areas suitable for vines, the variety of products obtained and high quality, as well as the diversity of vine varieties give a wide perspective for the development of viticulture and quality winemaking, which is the basis for the wine tourism industry.


According to the generally accepted view, the most important indicators of the competitiveness of Georgian wine tourism in the world market are the long, eight-thousand-year continuous history of viticulture and winemaking and the status of "wine tourism", which was confirmed by leading experts from 7 countries. The female variety and the traditional method of making pitcher wine, which was recognized by UNESCO in 2013 as a monument of intangible cultural heritage of mankind.


Wine tourism is closely related to gastronomic tourism, agro and eco tourism, which are priority and important directions for the country's economy.Representation Wine tourism can play a crucial role in improving the living standards of the population and maintaining rural identity, regional development of the country, protection of Georgia's unique natural heritage. Wine Tourism Corona Virus PaIt is in an unfavorable condition today due to the idioms created by Ndemi. Not to be outdone is the state of wine tourism during the pandemic types of information enrichment of Lee Bank by individual regions of the country. At the present stage the solution lies in the development of domestic wine tourism. Of course, domestic tourism can not be a counterweight to international tourism, but local small industries (Marnebs) will still bring some relief.
