Abstract

Land cadastre and registration system is a certain basis for the proper functioning of the economy of any country. Georgia is one of the countries in the world that creates and determines the land cadastral system and this one of the leading places not only in land, but also in the flexibility, speed and efficiency of the property registration process in general. Nevertheless, the land cadastral system has a number of shortcomings, which are also a number of problems.


The article discusses the land cadastre system in Georgia, the peculiarities of the pores of the elements of the natural environment in the land cadastre and related problems. Such research hinders the improvement of the land cadastre in Georgia, which ultimately leads to land administration and the creation of an effective land registration system.
