Abstract

Geospatial intelligence is a crucial component of modern military operations. Its basis is the integration of spatial data, satellite imagery, and geoinformation systems, which allows the military to accurately determine the operational environment, anticipate the actions of the enemy, and optimally plan the allocation of resources. In today's conflicts, geospatial intelligence has become not only an auxiliary tool but also a key pillar of decision-making. The article analyses the technological foundations of geospatial intelligence and its areas of application in military operations, as well as challenges related to aerial and aerial imaging, unmanned aerial vehicles, data accuracy, and the role of artificial intelligence. The article discusses the concept of geospatial intelligence, its
integration into the planning of military operations, and technological trends that are changing the nature of intelligence. Special attention will be paid to how geospatial analytics are transforming the decision-making process on the battlefield and what advantages or threats may accompany their use for military purposes.
