A new monograph on "Relief of Georgia" has been published



A view of the complex and diverse relief of our country is described in the monograph on "Relief of Georgia", such as: serrated, snow - icy mountains, deeply dissected medium and high mountain relief, narrow and deep gorges with waterfalls, coastal lowlands, volcanic cones and lavas, uplands and ranges, diverse valleys, depressions, hills, surface and underground karst forms located among the mountains, which give an exceptional beauty to it. The monograph considers the morphology of the relief of Georgia and the geodynamical processes according to the individual orographic units.

The monograph is foreseen for persons interested in geographical science. The book will be also very helpful for students and pupils.
